New Home Co. provides appliance and upgrade options to personalize your home as well as designer created interior finish packages to elevate your final design. However, we are anticipating that many of the option selections will be finalized prior to a home being released for sale.

Cedar Estates is served by Sumner Bonney Lake School District. Students living in the neighborhood will attend Emarald Hills Elementary, Lakeridge Middle School, and Bonney Lake High School.
