New State, New Home, New Beginnings

After a lifetime in Albany, NY, Lisa embarked on a cross-country journey to start a new chapter near family, finding her perfect home with New Home Co. at Rivercrest in North Bend, Washington.

 

“I’ve lived in Albany NY all my life,” Lisa shares. “I looked forward to moving closer to my daughter and grandson.” This desire for family proximity led her to a serendipitous discovery during a visit to her daughter.

Now settled in, Lisa finds joy in unexpected places. “Since I adopted a puppy before I made the official move, I have been enjoying the park and river that are close by!” she says. “I love sitting on my balcony enjoying the view of Little Si and Mt Si. The grassy area in front of my unit has been a wonderful place to meet my neighbors.”

 

For Lisa, this move represents a transformative life change. “I feel like I’m on vacation every day,” she beams. “Seeing my grandson almost daily has been the most amazing part of moving to North Bend.”

 

 

Her enthusiasm for New Home Co. is palpable. “Do it!” she advises potential buyers. “It’s a beautiful location with so many nice neighbors. It’s away from downtown but it’s only a few minute drive to restaurants, shops, events and trailheads!”
